Abstract

Abstract The article presents creativity as a superior form of human manifestation, a substantiation of revelation perceived and conveyed by human personality. The author examines key patterns and models of creativity skills and creative human capital, noting management and business fields as leading in research on creativity and innovation. Harnessing the experiential approach – her divergent thinking and experiencing of creativity as flow, the author advances a phenomenological holistic vision of creativity essence and source. The main findings suggest creative human capital may be captured in a stepwise evolutionary spiral with social, economic, and personality dimensions. The conversion of human resource into creative human capital implies its personalization and sustained dynamic of human capital substantiation, ensured by the regular experiencing of creativity phenomenon. A qualitative analysis case study was conducted on inspiration source for creativity within the Christian Scripture, allowing to capture the creativity phenomenon in the human spiritual and energy evolution cycles, in full agreement with the conception of creativity as flow. Harnessing the concepts of human entropy and servant leadership, the author proposes adding the strand of Inspiration/Grace in the prototypal 4Ps creativity model, also arguing for the possibility of developing the I4Ps model of human creativity.KeywordsCreativityCreative human capitalDivine graceHuman entropyServant leadershipI4Ps model of creativity
