Abstract

This study was dedicated to the creation of nanostructured coatings with antibacterial properties on the metal surface. Metal oxide nanoparticles mixed with graphene oxide nanoparticles were used as a coating material. Graphene oxide was synthesized by the modified Hammers method. Metal oxide nanoparticles (ZnO, Al2O3, Fe2O3, CuO) were synthesized under the combined effect of high-intensity ultrasonic vibrations on a liquid medium above the cavitation threshold and pulsed or stationary electric fields.
