Creation of Model Programs for Vocational Education and Training of Non-State Security Service Employees Based on the Experience of Simulation Training

Abstract

With the entry into force of Federal Law No. 238-FZ “On Independent Assessment of Qualifications” on July 1, 2019, the professional standards developed by the Council for Professional Qualifications in the Non-State Sphere of Security of the National Council for Professional Qualifications under the President of the Russian Federation included labor functions that prescribe the provision of a function life support of the victim until the arrival of specialists. The tasks of the Council are the development of federal state educational standards, the updating of vocational education and training programs.
