Abstract
Designant par la notion de jeune foetus l'embryon tel qu'il ne possede pas encore les proprietes intrinseques qui lui conferent le statut moral de foetus, l'A. entreprend une revision du debat liberal sur la justification de l'avortement, a la lumiere du principe du futur actuel qui distingue entre le statut moral du jeune foetus qui va vivre et l'absence de statut moral de celui qui va mourir.
