Abstract

: In this paper, we take a detailed look at how patterns of culture are created and sustained and how organizations are socially constructed realities. Culture is not something that can be imposed on a social setting. Rather, it develops during the course of social interaction. However, the leader's position of power may lend him a special advantage in developing corporate value systems and codes of behavior.
