Abstract
For five years in Kursk, students of higher and secondary education (paramedics) have been trained in first aid by telephone: the caller (actor) calls an ambulance and asks the dispatcher (training participant) for guidance on self-help before the brigade arrives. Gradually, a system of scenarios with stepwise complication was developed, which made it possible to improve communication skills, the ability to improvise and use improvised means, knowledge of first aid algorithms and personal safety. And most importantly — this way you can create any situation absolutely without financial costs.
