Abstract
The current Industrial Society is coming to its ceiling and many issues are emerging such as decreating workforce, energy problem, etc. So, it is time now to create a new society for the next generation. The Industrial Society was product-centric and the Industrial Revolution introduced Division of Labor and started mass production, we started to work for others. But when we do the job which are internally motivated and self-determined, we get the highest happiness, which no external rewards can provide. Ironically enough, mass production brought Diversification and Personolization. So, we became aware of the importance of “Self”. Further, if we share Happiness together with our friends. Come to think, we have been too much focused on the Artificial World. In fact, it is within the Natural World.
