Abstract
ABSTRACTThe purpose of this project was to introduce a new hospital library manager and revitalize library services to associates after a five-month hiring gap between library managers. The new library manager’s goals were to establish the hospital library as an associate gathering place, create current awareness, introduce herself to a diverse group of associates, and foster the hospital’s value of development in personal and professional growth for staff members.
