Creating a Simple Map

Abstract

This chapter introduces the basics of mapping with BizTalk, including a high-level overview of the Visual Studio tools with which you will work when creating maps. You will create a simple mapping project in Visual Studio and add to that project a source schema and a target schema. You will then create a map that moves the data from a set of address records in the source schema to the more compact structure of the target document.
