Abstract

This article discusses the essence of teamwork. The key role of team leaders in creating mood in the team is emphasized. Signs of problems such as conflict, mistrust, low productivity and staff turnover are described. Moreover, the most important actions are highlighted: defining team goals, selectively recruiting team members, encouraging open communication, recognizing achievements, accepting mistakes and investing in employee development. The author also recognizes exceptional cases, for example, crisis situations, when discipline and professional rigor prevail over creating a positive atmosphere.
