Abstract
When Jamie Axelrod, director of disability resources at Northern Arizona University, speaks to faculty and staff members about why accessible materials for courses and business process are important, they nod in agreement. Support for access and universal design is strong. In fact, universal design is mentioned twice in the institution's strategic plan.
