Abstract
The CPS/SEG 2014 Beijing International Geophysical Conference and Exposition, “Advancing Geophysical Innovation,” coorganized by the Chinese Petroleum Society (CPS) and SEG, was held successfully at the Beijing International Convention Center on 21–24 April 2014. More than 1150 people from 14 countries attended, including conference delegates, exhibition delegates, students, and VIPs. The exposition covered 6000 square meters of space and accommodated 59 companies, including 18 exhibitors from overseas in addition to local registrants. The technical session consisted of 334 papers (238 oral presentations and 96 e-posters).
