With a more vain society, aiming to age well and in serach of procedures with greater durability, the objective of this case repor tis to report a longe-lasting treatment option, which promotes the surgical projection of CPlus Surgery®, to compensate the entire processo f aging processo f aging that is inherent to every human being and in this way improving the loss of soft tissues and skeletal resorption. With a satisfactory result, this technique is very promising in Orofacial Harmonization.
