Coworking of an educational institution is a new form of education and architectural spatial organization

Abstract

The modern system of higher education should respond to changes in the structure of employment of the younger generation, in the forms of use of free time, and in the improvement of the education forms. On the example of coworking, the effectiveness of the labor organization of small enterprises and self-employed persons was shown by the authors. The article analyzes the reasons of using coworking in the modernization of existing universities. For the State University of Land Use Planning, the authors made the review of the existing natural spaces for self-study of students and proposed a new coworking building in the courtyard of the SULUP.
