Abstract

AbstractThis case illustrates a late complication of viral pneumonia, likely due to COVID‐19, characterized by simultaneous acute arterial and venous thrombosis in multiple organs. The patient experienced myocardial infarction with left ventricular thrombus, pulmonary embolism, acute limb ischemia, superior mesenteric artery thrombosis, renal artery thrombosis, and deep vein thrombosis, posing significant challenges in both management and determining the etiology.
