Abstract
The article considers the changes that have been introduced in terms of the implementation of coronavirus compensation payments to employees of medical and other organizations. The changes in the current procedure are related to the adoption of Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1268 of July 15, 2022 “On the procedure for providing compensation payments to certain categories of persons at risk of contracting a new coronavirus infection”. On the basis of Government Decree No. 1268, methodological recommendations of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Labor of Russia were adopted, which contain organizational and methodological tools for making payments. The article presents a consistent overview of new documents, details of the introduced procedure for making compensation payments are disclosed, examples of calculation are given.
