Abstract

Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by a newly discovered coronavirus The people affected with COVID-19 will experience mild to moderate symptoms and recover without special treatment The virus that causes COVID-19 is mainly transmitted through droplets generated when an infected person coughs, sneezes, or exhales These droplets are too heavy to hang in the air, and quickly fall on floors or surfaces Virus usually spreads by touching a contaminated surface and then eyes, nose or mouth In the above studies the sequence for covid-19 encoding the protein nucleocapsid was retrieved from ncbi database Its chemical structure, rna binding site, structure similarity and secondary structure of n-protein, and amino acid position were analyzed and based on the analysis it is found that the n-protein was serotonin rich (serotonin is a happy chemical which have wide function in human body) 1,2 ethanediol was the ligand which binds the target n-protein Using chembl database drug indication for 1,2 ethanediol was found in that polyethylene glycol was selected as main drug molecule from that it is proved that PEG when combined with survanta can be used to treat respiratory syndrome, lung disease and breathing problem The patients affected by covid 19 virus can also be given with these combination of medicine(PEG+survanta) for breathing problem and lung infection
