COVID-19 infection in post liver transplant children: a year follow up showing good short term but poor long term outcome

Abstract

Background and Aim: Current pandemic due to coronavirus 19 is of major concern in immunosuppressed pediatric solid organ transplant recipients. Data is scarce in the pediatrics apart from few case series, especially from developing world. We herein report a single-center experience of COVID-19-positive transplant recipients who were ‰¤ 18 years of age at time of transplantation.
