Introduction

Since reporting of the first case of COVID-19 from Bangladesh on 8th March 2020, there has been heightened global concern around the potential impact of the pandemic within the Rohingya refugee camps. A rapid transmission of the pandemic within the refugee camps would result in hundreds of deaths and quickly exhaust the limited capacity of the health care system within the camps.
