Abstract

A 73-year-old male, who had delayed presentation due to concerns regarding COVID-19, presented to the emergency department with three days of persistent chest pain. Electrocardiography demonstrated an inferior ST elevation myocardial infarction. Physical examination revealed a pansystolic murmur at the left sternal edge and apex with absence of a thrill and no evidence of cardiac failure.
