Aim. To present a clinical case of bilateral retinal occlusions in a 40-year-old woman who suffered COVID-19 associated pneumonia. Materials and methods. The analysis of the dynamics of the development of clinical manifestations of the disease of a patient R., born in 1981 with a burdened obstetric and gynecological history before the disease with a new coronavirus infection was carried out. Results. The absence of anticoagulant therapy during rehabilitation in the patient after 4 months led to an increase in blood pressure, after 6 months of vascular occlusion of the left eye, after 1 year and 4 months of vascular occlusion of the right eye. The data of a small coagulogram reflect the state of individual units of the coagulation system and are not informative for patients of this category. Conclusion. After undergoing a new coronavirus infection, it is recommended that patients undergo thromboelastography and a thrombodynamics test.
