Abstract

Cover:Macroscopic surface images of Ni‐based alloys with 30 wt.% Cr (modelled after the commercial Alloy 699 XA) after exposure to harsh metal dusting conditions. The sample on the left has an additional 1 wt.% Fe, whereas the sample on the right possesses 4 wt.% Fe and 2 wt.% Al.
