Abstract
Cover Caption: Zheng et al. (Page 649‐670) report on allele‐aware chromosome‐scale assembly of the allopolyploid genome of hexaploid Ma Bamboo (Dendrocalamus latiflorus Munro). On the cover, a circular graph represents the distribution of chromosomal features of Ma Bamboo. The outer track containing different color blocks indicates the assembled chromosomes and the color represents the different subgenomes. The inner lines indicate homeologous connections among subgenomes.
