Abstract

Like clockwork, the interconnected gears of substituent and solvent effects drive the conrotatory 4π-electrocyclization of N-alkenylnitrones towards the formation of azetidine nitrones. These parameters can then be tuned to facilitate the electrocyclization of challenging substrates. More information can be found in the Research Article by L. L.
