Abstract

The Cover Feature shows a molecular complex formed between the Z-isomer of an indigo-based photoswitch and a lithium cation. The formation of this complex stabilizes the Z-isomer and slows the thermal relaxation rate of this photoswitch. In contrast, the uncomplexed molecules have a faster relaxation rate, as shown by the motion blur. Cover image designed by Julie Liu (SIAIS, ShanghaiTech University). More information can be found in the Research Article by Bo Qiao and co-workers.
