Abstract
The Cover Picture shows the Novichok agent A 242 as reported by V. Mirayanov. The agents were developed in Russia by scientists at the GOSSNIIOkhT institute in Moscow (V. S. Mirzayanov, State Secrets. An insider's chronicle of the Russian chemical weapons program, Outskirts, Press, 2009, 604 pages. The photo was generated based on AM1 calculations (OASIS software).
