Abstract
A new form of covariant action for a superparticle is found. In the Hamiltonian formalism, after the elimination of second-class constraints, this action gives a set of irreducible first-class constraints recently proposed by Aratyn and Ingermanson. The gauge transformations of the action generated by corresponding first-class constraints are studied in detail.
