Abstract

Aiming at solving the problems of emphasizing theory and neglecting practice in the courses on financial management, this paper introduces the concept of OBE(Outcome Based Education) into the course of financial management in higher continuing education. This paper collects the data of 8 classes have had financial management course by questionnaire survey, and divides the data into two groups for comparative analysis: the traditional group and the OBE group. Our result shows that: (1) the teaching effect under the OBE is significantly different from that of the traditional teaching method; (2) the effect of OBE on students' classroom behavior and learning effect is greater than that of the traditional teaching method.
