Abstract

A theory of rotational states of odd mass nuclei is developed for the case when additional coupling between nuclear rotation and motion of the outer nucleon is introduced. The reduced probabilities for E2 and M1 transitions between the rotational states are computed. It is shown that the relative reduced probabilities are uniquely defined by the positions energy levels of the nucleus.
