Abstract

The physics field coupling problem of submersible motor is studied in the paper. The influence of the magnetic isolated segment on the performance of the motor is fully considered, and the Electromagnetism-Temperature-Force coupling model is established; combined with different materials, the rated parameters of the Electromagnetism-Temperature-Force can be solved. The accuracy of the method is verified by experiment. The influence law of magnetic isolated segment size on eddy loss, temperature distribution, and force can be summarized. The results have a significant meaning for studying the high-performance submersible motors.
