Abstract

The magnetizable materials such as SUS316 are expected as substances of the composition apparatus of a nuclear fusion reactor. Then, it is important to establish the electromagnetic and structural coupled analysis method and to clarify the resonance characteristics of ferromagnetic material for an earthquake-resistance design. This paper describes the electromagnetic and structural coupled analysis considering geometric nonlinearity for magnetizable material. Analysis results show the increment of the natural frequency of a magnetizable cantilever plate located under an external steady magnetic field.
