Abstract

The paper considers a numerical method for solving the one-dimensional and two-dimensional coupled dynamic boundary value problem of thermoelasticity. Discrete equations are compiled by the finite-difference method in the form of explicit and implicit schemes. The solution of the explicit schemes is reduced to the recurrence relations with respect to the components of displacement and temperature. Implicit schemas are solved by iteration.
