It uses the principal component analysis, combined with powerful software SPSS statistics, and marine economic and technical efficiency and the sustainable development of the marine economy to measure and decompose. The quantitative and qualitative aspects for the sustainable development of the marine economy of economic geography, system dynamics, and model analysis are studied here.
