Abstract

Power system network will be confronted with severe secure menace. Until now, the analysis of power system network is mainly based on the reliability research of complex network, but there is few research on the premeditated and multi-step strategic attack.-In this paper, we establish a Markov game model of power system attack-defense behavior and provide the attack-defense Markov strategy by using nonlinear programming. We proved that the strategy is an equilibrium strategy of attacker and defender. The results show that the correct defense strategy can effectively reduce the revenue of the attacker and weaken the attack intention of the attacker. When the total load of the system is up to 11,545 unit loads, the Markov strategy selected by the defender can enable the attacker to deduct the benefits of the attack cost and only revenue for 26.48% of the total load of the grid.
