Abstract
The counterbalanced swivel fork aids persons who have limited upper extremity function and who have been unable to feed themselves with other available feeding equipment to enjoy some independence in eating. This device proved effective for a high-level quadriplegic. Any person who can operate a mobile arm support can use this fork effectively.
