Abstract

The Hall-constant in thin disordered Au-films ( d<10 nm) which is close to the free electron value is investigated as a function of the temperature. The hall-angle of about 10 -3 is measured with an accuracy of about 10 -4. The measurements confirm the deviation from Landau's Fermi liquid-theory predicted by Altshuler et al.
