Abstract
Let be a trivial extension of a ring R by an R-R-bimodule M. We first give some homological formulas over . Then we investigate how to construct (hereditary, complete) cotorsion pairs and (hereditary, cofibrantly generated) Hovey triples over . Finally, some applications are given in some Morita context rings.
