Abstract
This document provides an overview of the Cost and Schedule Control Systems Criteria (CSCSC), and their operation and application on selected contracts within DOE projects. Detailed guidance for the implementation of these Criteria to specific contracts and for the review and acceptance of contractors' cost and schedule control systems for compliance therewith is contained in DOE/CR2250/2. Other guidance is provided in the following areas: the duties and responsibilities of participants in systems review activities and in the continued government surveillance of contractors' systems; contractor reporting of performance data to DOE and DOE analysis of these data; and the use of the Work Breakdown Structure technique.
