Abstract

The prepared non-precious metal composite catalyst uses Eosin Y as a sensitizer; triethanolamine is an electronic sacrificial agent. It has high efficiency and stable catalytic activity. CoS/ZnWO4 has a stronger ability to absorb visible light and greater photocatalytic hydrogen evolution activity than ZnWO4. The hydrogen production rate of CoS/ZnWO4 can reach 7.12 mmol/h/g, and the catalytic activity is 3.6 times that of CoS. The excellent catalytic activity of the composite catalyst is due to its proper band gap.
