in the process of natural gas pipeline transportation, due to hydrogen sulfide and other components in natural gas, it is easy to lead to pipeline corrosion, and leakage accident occurs in serious cases, which brings serious harm to natural gas production. The corrosion and anti-corrosion situation of natural gas pipeline transportation is analyzed to prevent various corrosion accidents and ensure the safe operation of long-distance pipeline system. According to different types of corrosion, the prevention of metal pipeline corrosion is given priority to, and then the corrosion treatment is carried out to avoid serious corrosion of pipeline, improve the safety factor of natural gas long-distance pipeline system, and meet the technical requirements of natural gas production.
