Abstract

Introduction to Special Issue on ‘Universities as entrepreneurial organizations’, Industry and Higher Education, Vol 28, No 4, August 2014, pp 219–221. In the above article it is stated (p 220) that the term ‘entrepreneurial university’ was ‘first coined by Etzkowitz in 1982’. The term was in fact coined by Etzkowitz in 1983.
