The online version of the article has been amended accordingly. The typographical error does not influence the inferences or conclusions presented in the article. The authors have worked with the correct coverage in their analysis (0.70), and because of the low consistency for this condition (0.08) it was excluded as a potential necessary condition for outcome O_type (this is explained in the article). The authors apologize for the typographical error.
