Abstract

In Tables I and II in the article, there are a few errors in the genomic coordinates and mutation nomenclature. Revised Table II lists the mutations with the correct nomenclature. Supplementary Figure I shows representative Sanger sequencing chromatograms of these mutations. The authors regret these errors. These mutations have been submitted to the LOVD KIF11 database (http://databases.lovd.nl/shared/variants/KIF11). The individual IDs of these mutations are 47821, 47847, 47849, 47850 and 47851.
