Abstract
The key aspects and features of the American Bar Association's (ABA's) 20/20 Ethics Commission to perform a thorough review of the ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct and the US system of lawyer regulation in the context of advances in technology and global legal practice developments are discussed. The difficulties that US lawyers and judges are having in applying the legal ethics rule to social networking webistes are highlighted.
