Abstract
The objective of this study is to present a case report of a patient with anterior crossbite with excessive vertical trespass and three superior incisors involved. To correct the crossbite, the palatal arch with spring was used. The clinical result showed that this device is efficient in treating dental anterior crossbite and it is indicated in cases where more than one superior incisor is involved.
