Correlative study on lung function and distribution of syndrome factors and basic syndromes in the stable stage of COPD and progress of rehabilitation nursing

Abstract

In this paper, obstructive , stability , , and pulmonary rehabilitation were used as key words to retrieve researches about traditional Chinese medicine and nursing care in the stable period of chronic obstructive disease (COPD) at home and abroad in recent 6 years. We summarized and expounded the relationship among lung function, TCM syndrome and basic syndrome distribution in COPD stable period, and summarized the progress of COPD stable stage of rehabilitation nursing. The highest frequency of COPD stable disease was lung, spleen and kidney came the second. There were 6 main diseases syndrome factors, including qi deficiency, yin deficiency, phlegm, blood stasis, dampness and yang deficiency, and qi deficiency was the syndrome factor with the highest frequency. Research reports related to lung rehabilitation nursing can assist in the treatment of COPD stable period, improve lung function, and accelerate the healing process.
