Abstract
Serum TSH level was determined by Enzyme-l,inked hnmunosorbent Assay （ELISA）, The expression of NF-KB p65 and tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α） were quantified by Western blotting. The results showed that serum TSH concentration was positively correlated with the expression of NF-s：B p65 and TNF-α, and negatively correlated with insulin activity index. The levels of TNF-αand NF-xB p65 both were increased by TSH in a dose dependent manner（ P〈0.05 ）.
