Abstract

Yau, J.-S. and Tsai, F.-N., 1992. Correlation of solubilities of carbon dioxide in aromatic compounds. Fluid Phase Equilibria, 73: 1-25. The solubilities of carbon dioxide in twenty-eight aromatic solvents are modeled by the Soave equation of state with one interaction parameter. Henry's constant, the partial molar volume at infinite dilution and the Margules constant are evaluated from the above parameters using the approach of Bender, Klein, Schmitt and Prausnitz (1984, Fluid Phase Equilibria, 15:241-255).
