Abstract
目的 采用皮肤纹理轮廓仪研究皮肤细小纹理、皱纹与年龄和部位的关系.方法对皮肤光类型为Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型,年龄20～74岁的50名白种人女性健康志愿者前额、眼外眦外侧、前臂屈侧正中和手背4个部位硅胶倒模取样.用干扰条纹光投影法的皮肤纹理轮廓仪对硅模轮廓行三维图像扫描和三维图像数字化处理.记录代表皮肤粗糙参数(Spa)和皮肤沟纹深浅的参数(Spt、Spq、 Spp、Spv、Sptm、Sppm、Spvm).结果发现各项皮肤纹理参数与年龄成正相关,60～74岁组与其他年龄组比较差异有显著性意义.以Spa和Sptm与年龄的相关系数最高.结论本研究表明,采用干扰条纹光投影法的皮肤纹理轮廓仪对皮肤细小纹理和皱纹的研究提供了一个客观评价方法.Spa和Sptm是客观有效的观察参数,前臂内侧皮肤是评价局部护肤品的适宜部位。
