Abstract

The sample consists of 339 adolescents (mean age: 15,41,SD:1,59, min/max:13/18), habitants of the city of Kar-ditsa, a town sited in the central Greece. The sample wasselected using the method of randomized stratified selec-tion by schools. The students completed the AthensInsomnia Scale (AIS) and a questionnaire of demographiccharacteristics and questions relative with their social life,as well.
